In the body condition of food poisoning, eat solid foods will trigger vomiting and diarrhea. So better to avoid eating large meals to the body back to its original state. Eat porridge, soup, or a banana.

Adequate rest
The body will feel very exhausted after experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. Try to get enough sleep to be able to recover the body more quickly.

Food poisoning can usually be recovered within 48 hours, when there are symptoms persist, call a physician to check your state. For the elderly, infants and severe food poisoning, the first action is best to immediately bring to the nearest health institution.
