5 Easy Yoga Positions For Stretching in the Office

When you’re in the office, it is not possible for you to sneak out during the lunch hour to do yoga. But it does not mean you have to linger sit continuously in front of the computer. There are some effective steps to do yoga in office, as quoted from health.com.

Scale Pose
Sit on the edge of a chair. Press your hands down, on either side of his hips, and lift your legs. Then lift your butt, strut by hand. Your abdominal muscles will feel tight when doing this position. Hold for 3-5 breaths.

Pose Altar
Inhale and lift your arms. Bend your hands up. Hold for 5-8 breaths.

Twist

To Knee Ankle
